Service Advisor
As our Service Advisor, you’ll be the link between our customers and our technicians. You’ll explain repairs clearly, provide accurate estimates, and ensure our customers feel confident in every service we provide.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assess their needs
- Coordinate repair schedules and updates
- Provide transparent estimates and repair explanations
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction from start to finish
